Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Green Evolution was founded by David Siddiqui, a graduate of UC Berkeley in Environmental Sciences and a LEED® Accredited Professional. Driven by a passion for sustainability and an intense thirst for knowledge, David has developed extensive experience on a wide range of sustainability issues.

Some of this experience includes working with an international energy efficiency company to identify and develop large-scale project opportunities in U.S. energy efficiency markets, working on solid waste management issues with a Bay Area municipality, and working on sustainability initiatives for two of the top universities in the country. This experience in public, private, and institutional settings provided a valuable perspective and solid foundation for addressing diverse sets of needs.

A study David conducted on plastic recycling and public perception, published on the Internet, prompted an unsolicited call from the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, leading to visits to Toronto and Ottawa to appear in a TV documentary as an expert consultant.

Driven by a strong desire to create positive change in the world, David set out to share his knowledge, perspective, and skills with others through Green Evolution.
